Dee Snider Denounces Paul Ryan’s Use of Twisted Sister Song

Twisted Sister front man and Long Island resident Dee Snider has publicly denounced the use of his song “We’re Not Gonna Take It” by Republican Vice Presidential candidate Paul Ryan’s campaign.

“I emphatically denounce Paul Ryan’s use of my song “Were Not Gonna Take It” as recorded by my band Twisted Sister,” said Dee Snider in a statement. “There is almost nothing on which I agree with Paul Ryan, except perhaps the use of the P90X.”

Ryan had recently played the song at a rally in Pennsylvania.
