Suffolk County police said Patricia Salegna-Maqueda, of North Babylon, died Tuesday night at Stony Brook University Medical Center.
The State Farm Insurance representative was at the Prospect Drive home regarding a flooding claim when the explosion occurred last Tuesday.
A police spokeswoman said detectives are continuing the investigation into what caused two 200-lb. propane tanks at the house to explode, leveling the structure.
The explosion killed 18-month old Rah-quan Palmer. His parents, 23-year-old Christina Morgan and 28-year-old Rashamel Palmer, were among four residents injured in the blast.
A plumber, two neighbors, two firefighters and seven police officers were also hurt.
Two neighboring houses on Prospect Drive were condemned as a result of the blast.
