Hampton Bays Burglar Sold Stolen Items at Yard Sale, Cops Say

A man has been accused of holding a yard sale for items he allegedly stole while breaking into a house five blocks away from his Hampton Bays home.

Southampton Town Police arrested Gregg Ggennari on Thursday and charged him with burglary.

Police said family members of the victims spotted their TV, antique dresser, microwave, chairs, kitchen items and other belongings at the 48-year-old man’s yard sale shortly after the May 27 break-in.
