Two gunmen who robbed a Vitamin Shoppe in Valley Stream on Monday evening are being sought by Nassau County police.
The robbers, each armed with a handgun, walked into the store on West Sunrise Highway, approached the clerk and demanded money at 7:05 p.m., police said.
One followed the victim to the register and stole cash before both fled the scene on foot eastbound on Route 27.

The victim and another employee in the store at the time were not injured.
The suspects were described as black men wearing dark hooded rain coats. One is believed to be 40-50 years old, approximately 5-feet, 7-inches tall, 140 lbs. and the other is approximately 50 years old, 5-feet, 9-inches tall and 160 lbs.
