A West Babylon bank was robbed Friday afternoon, Suffolk County police said.
Police said a man entered Suffolk Federal Credit Union located on Route 109 at 2:30 p.m. and handed a teller a note demanding cash.
The teller complied and gave the man cash from the drawer, police said.

Once he had the money, the man fled on foot and headed south through the parking lot, police said.
The robber was described as a white male in his late 20s, approximately 5-foot-10, with a medium build, and has brown hair and blue eyes.
He was wearing a white tank top, dark-colored shorts and a black New York Yankees baseball cap, police said.
