A man was killed when his motorcycle crashed into a truck in Wyandanch on Wednesday morning.

Suffolk County police said the motorcyclist was riding his Honda northbound on Little East Neck Road when he struck a Mitsubishi box truck at the corner of Patton Avenue at 9:30 a.m.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Police and county medical examiners are working to identify him. He is described as Hispanic and in his late 20s or early 30s.

The driver of the box truck, 21-year-old Michael Garcia of West Babylon, was not injured.
