An alleged drunken driver crashed his vehicle into a Suffolk County police car during the traffic stop in Huntington Station early Sunday morning, authorities said.
An officer stopped Mario Moradel for a traffic violation on West 15th Street and as the officer approached the vehicle, the 44-year-old man backed up and crashed into the parked patrol car.
No one was injured in the crash. Moradel, of Huntington Station, was found to be under the influence of alcohol, police said.

Mortadella was charged with driving while intoxicated and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance after he was found to be in possession of cocaine, police said.
He will be arraigned Sunday at First District Court in Central Islip.
