An Amityville man has been accused of shooting at a Massapequa man during a road rage confrontation on Saturday.
Suffolk County police arrested William Brown. The 28-year-old man was charged with reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon.
Police said Brown got into an argument with the 30-year-old victim over a parking space at Dunkin Donuts on Broadway, then followed the victim’s van and fired a shot at it.
Neither the driver nor his passenger were hit by the gunfire.
Brown will be arraigned Sunday First District Court in Central Islip.
