Nassau County police are looking for the shooter who fired a gun into a Roosevelt home early Sunday morning.
Two men ages 26 and 32 were in their house on Spring Street when they heard gunshots outside shortly before 2 a.m., police said.
One of the men told police he heard someone knocking at the door about five minutes before he heard the shots fired.

Investigators discovered several bullet holes in the outside walls of the home. The Shot Spotter gunshot detection system also was activated.
