A 32-year-old man was fatally stabbed in Roosevelt on Sunday evening, Nassau County police said.

The victim got into a fight with a man in a parking lot on Nassau Road when the stabbing occurred shortly after 7 p.m., police said.

He was taken to North Shore University Medical Center, where he died an hour and a half later.

Homicide Squad detectives are continuing the investigation.
