A Baldwin man was arrested in North Valley Stream for Driving While Intoxicated with a minor in the car, police said.
Lance Bell, 38, was driving a 2001 Jaguar eastbound on the Southern State Parkway at exit 14 where he was swerving in between lanes early Sunday morning, according to authorities. Bell was eventually stopped and placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated, cops said. Officials added he had two passengers in his car, a 17-year-old boy and a 15-year-old female.
They were released and unharmed.

Bell is being charged with Aggravated Driving Intoxicated with a Child (15), Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed, Aggravated Unlicensed Operator of a Vehicle and Failure to Stay in Single Lane.
He is to be arraigned on May 27, 2012 at First District Court in Hempstead.
