Huntington Station Man Sold Bestiality DVDs, Cops Say

Ajith Managodage

A Huntington Station man has been arrested for allegedly selling DVDs that contained bestiality at a Huntington Station adult video store, Suffolk County police said.

Second Precinct Crime Section officers went to Pure Pleasure on East Jericho Turnpike on Thursday after receiving complaints about the sale of DVDs containing illegal content, police said.

“After engaging in a conversation with an employee about the content of specific DVDs, an officer purchased and then viewed two movies in the parking lot on a portable DVD player and confirmed the discs contained bestiality content,” police said in a statement.

The employee, 51-year-old Ajith Managodage, who lives at the store, was charged with third-degree obscenity, a misdemeanor.

Arraignment information for the suspect was not available.
