		<description><![CDATA[In Nassau County, you have an old, dilapidated building (one of many), a town zoning board headed by a spiteful Rangers fan (if Newsday&#039;s TOH beat reporter is to be believed), and a well-meaning but clueless and ineffectual County Executive. In Brooklyn you have a brand new building that sits near an LIRR stop that is willing to throw its doors open to the Isles. 

If there were a dictionary entry for &quot;no-brainer&quot;, a summary of this scenario would be its definition.]]></description>
