Let’s face it: gas prices stink.
Consumers complain, complain and complain, but the prices seem to just continue to soar.
And who wants to pay $4 per gallon? Not us.
On top of the exorbitant gas prices, there’s reports that some gas stations on Long Island are charging up to $2 more for credit, sometimes fooling unsuspecting drivers who are in a hurry to get where they’re going.
Let’s just say, some people are PO’d.
To help out, we here at Top 10 Tuesday decided to take a look at the cheapest gas stations on Long Island (if you want to call it that).
As of Tuesday morning, the cheapest (again…don’t like using that word) was $3.79 in Medford, according to Long Island Gas Prices.com.
Just for (you know what) and giggles we took a peek at the highest prices on the Island and found that five gas stations are charging up to $4.39 per gallon. Just doesn’t seem right.
Hopefully this helps. If not, stop complaining and buy one of those electric cars.
