I say we must legalize these drugs. Law Enforcement cannot handle this problem. These people should be placed in facilities and given as much drugs as they want. Get them off the streets where they terrorize the rest of the society. This is a problem that will not go away, no matter how many people we lock up.
Take the profit out of selling drugs.
This is a sickness plain and simple.

I don’t think it’s such a stretch to see that many people are self-medicating because they are exhausted and hopeless. For them, the question isn’t so much “why?” as “why not?”
