I am pleased to know that I am not the only one offended over the Kate Upson commercial. I have a eight yr. old son that is exposed to this “soft porn” as he watches television. It is absolutely ridiculous for a fast food burger joint to have a commercial like this. My family and several of our friends have decided enough is enough. We are done with Carl’s Jr.

What a sick pornographic commericial for a Burger Joint to do. I will never buy from them nor any family member, until an apology is made and the commercial taken off. This played along side Dora The Explorer. What a bunch of scum bags.

This commercial makes all the older ones seem rated G. I definitely get it.. a burger and a stripper, two things almost any man loves, but I have to agree with some of the comments below that this is extremely inappropriate for a “family” fast food joint. It definitely makes Carls Jr seem pretty low class to have to make this one.. as low as Jersey Shore or any other horrible MTV shows they have these days. Their commercials have always had some sort of sexual innuendo, but this is going way too far and I’m definitely hoping they’ll ban this soon or just play it on “adult” channels. I would be just as upset if I had children and they saw this. Inappropriate for public television for sure.

I was watching TV with my children when this inappropriate sexual commerical came on. What are you thinking. With all the problems in the school district (LAUSD) teachers molesting young girls.. You are part of the blame. If you need to see sex to sell your burgers than MAKE A BETTER BURGER.. I think that’s your business making burgers not porn?
I will not purchasing from your company again.. I hope your pockets are full of money because your heart and care for young girls is empty..

Its funny how women complain about Kate Upton’s commercial but they all approve of David beckham’s super bowl commercial. Let’s face it most women hate this commercial because women are so self conscious. It’s a commercial get over it

she’s hot. i see a lot of these comments are posted by women…whom are probabaly unattractive and/or fat. h8rs keep h8ing but like it or not kate is hot and you are not…as hot as her. if you’re smart you know that eating carl’s jr doesn’t make you look the way ms. upton does. common sense ppl. off my soap box now. i think its time to work out ;)

this is a very tasteful commercial and funny, if this was porno then it wouldn’t be on TV and the fcc would not have let it on the air, but if it was a guy then “Jan” wouldn’t have a problem with that…funny how people are. I’m hungry for a burger….
