It should also be noted that the Obama administration would NOT sign this UNLESS the provision ALLOWING UNLAWFUL DETENTION OF AMERICANS was placed back into this bill…his note claiming to not enforce this just mirrors his presidency…a complete and total LIE! It was his administration that made congress replace this back into the bill in order for this to be passed!

The protesters are absolutely right – these sections of the NDAA are unconstitutional and must be repealed.

Thanks for being the only news outlet who showed up today with the balls to cover us. Guess they need NDAA to silence the LI Press so they can silence us.

It occured to me the language in Sec 1021 was added AFTER the Occupy movement spread across the country; I’m thinking mass detentions just before the fall election.
