The attorney, Mr. Spota, is just that, an attorney. His job is to prosecute the case if an arrest is made. He is not a criminal investigator. By making public remarks about the case, he is in reality putting any case he may have possibly at risk. He is theorizing with little proof. His arena, so to speak, is a courtroom and not the swamps near beaches of Long Island.

Their is only one killer. The reason the asian man was killed differently is becouse he enraged the killer, when the killer found out he was a man. The killer felt duped! (If you look at other serial cases around the country you will see that this has happened before.
The latest is the Rocky Mount, NC serial killer.
A number of years ago you also had the Tammiani trail serial killer in FL.

What I don’t get is how they find her jeans in one place and her body in another, yet still think it’s an accident. Did she undress before jumping into the swamp? I’m not liking the story. Too many holes. But I’m sure the police are holding back for good reason. I hope so anyway. The girl deserves justice and her family closure.
