While conducting your investigation I can only imagine the lies and obstacles high and low level police officials tossed at you to protect themselves and their corrupt police department.

At this point we can only hope the DAs office does not bow to political pressure and allow these cretins in blue off the hook. For decades the Nassau DA gave the police a pass, allowing the department to develop an attitude that they are above the law.

Perhaps your next investigation of the NCPD will determine why the department instructs its officers not to record crime reports for low level misds. in order to keep county crime stats down.
