opioids, that would compel him to commit such a dastardly act?
What was the impulse that precipitated his irrational behavior? Behavior

I agree with “Huh,” and I don’t think he/she was defending the crime at all. I really enjoy and respect LI Press, so I was surprised when I was linked to this article by their tweet “Reports: Medford Pharmacy Shooter David Laffer Arrested.”

Media have been implying he is guilty. I can’t say whether I think the man is innocent or guilty because police haven’t released evidence. He’s just a suspect at this point. If he’s guilty, I will be relieved that he was arrested. If he is innocent, I will feel horrible that he wasn’t represented accurately or fairly.

Um, whoa… this headline is unacceptable – the guy has only been arrested for questioning in this horrific crime, he hasn’t been convicted in a court of law, so calling him “Medford pharmacy shooter David Laffer” is really beyond the pale and lousy journalism. You’re a newspaper, not a judge and jury.
