The homophobic employees are still there and the former employee/victim has not been contacted by Starbucks. So much for “thorough investigation”. At first I rationalized that is was one store, and a couple of very bad employees. But now it’s the corporation itself I’m upset with for sweeping this under their corporate rug. I’m cutting up my SB card. Good bye Starbucks.

I would think they could talk in general terms about what steps they have taken as far as corrective action. Sorry that Jeffery won’t agree to be interviewed. It would be nice to hear his side of things, but maybe he has a lawsuit pending.
