This screenshot from the Town Of Hempstead "Kill The Kitty" video posted on YouTube shows a former town employee feigning he is being hung in a hangman's noose several seconds before a kitten is choked in an actual noose. A town spokesman says the former employee left town service at least 15 years ago and dates the video to being at least 17 years old.

Its disturbing footage shows Acting Shelter Director Pat Horan (left, with mullet) smiling and making obscene gestures while other workers lasso a kitten with a noose while a woman's voice off-camera shouts "Kill the kitty! Kill the kitty!". A town spokesman says the video, circulating on YouTube, is at least 17 years old and Horan has been reassigned pending an investigation.
