Suffolk County police are investigating a bank robbery in Commack this weekend.
A man handed a teller a note demanding cash and indicating that he was armed at the Citibank on Jericho Turnpike at 2:15 p.m. Saturday, police said. The robber fled with cash in a white sedan in an unknown direction.
The suspect is described as a white man in his 20s, 5-feet, 5-inches tall with a thin build. He was wearing a dark bomber jacket, blue gloves, a black and gray knit hat with a brim, blue jeans, white sneakers and a light-colored shirt underneath the jacket.

Major Case Investigations Unit detectives are asking anyone with information about this incident to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will remain confidential.
