“battling cancer with Tylenol” Great choice of words!! Well written article, with a sense of humor I appreciated. I’m a constituent of Rep. Israel’s district, and I agree with your reasoning. I haven’t read long island press before, but now I will. Please don’t ever stop writing pieces like this, in favor of pizza or sushi. Urbanspoon is ample for mundane local food.

Democracy bursting around the world?!! Any clear thinking person knows that the Muslim Brotherhood is waiting to take control of the masses in the Middle East. The power vacuum created by the downfall of the various dictators are prime for the influence of Radical Islam. It is because of the thoughts expressed by this writer that we are going to be caught off guard. Many Americans are at risk because of this twisted logic. This is why less and less people are relying on newspapers for their news!
I think the Long Island Press should stick to reporting on local issues like where we can find the best pizza or sushi.

What a typical response from the blame America first crowd. I think you need to wake up and see the world for what it is. Not all Muslims are terrorists, but 99% of terorists are Muslim. How many more failed attempts must they make on us for you to see that they will not stop untill they get another 911 or a larger event. You can throw every misguided liberal argument at this issue. It is what it is. They are coming for us.
