Troy Jackson, the younger brother of former NBA player Mark Jackson, died in his sleep Sunday morning, according to multiple reports.
Jackson, 35, was in Los Angeles for the NBA All-Star Weekend when he died. The cause of death is unknown, pending an autopsy.
Jackson who went by the nickname “Escalade” was a streetball legend. Jackson is famous for the “And1 Mixtape Tour,” and was looked up to by many streetballers throughout the country.
“He traveled all around the world and touched so many lives,” Mark Jackson told the New York Post “He will be greatly missed. Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers. God is still good.”
