Suffolk County police are investigating a bank robbery in North Babylon on Thursday afternoon.
A man showed a teller a note demanding cash at the TD Bank on Deer Park Avenue at 12:20 p.m., police said. The teller complied and the robber fled on foot.
The suspect was described as a white man, approximately 6-feet tall, with an average build and in his late 20s to early 30s. He was wearing sunglasses, a two-toned, brown hooded sweatshirt and a black knit ski cap.
