NBA star Tony Parker has taken matters into his own hands and filed for divorce papers in a Texas court.

Parker’s petition was filed days after soon-to-be ex Eva Longoria filed for divorce in Los Angeles, stating that she allegedly found hundreds of text messages that were sent between Parker and a teammate’s wife.
To add another twist, Longoria’s filing mentions an existence of a prenuptial agreement, while Parker’s states “Petitioner believes Petitioner and Respondent will enter into an agreement for the division of their estate.”
It can take as little as 60 days for a Texas divorce to be official, while a California divorce can take six months.
