John Tyner, a 31-year-old software programmer, refused to submit to a new airport security patdown on a recent San Diego Flight and got kicked out of the airport for it.
The new patdowns have been going under increasing scrutiny, by everyone from passengers to pilots, with some considering it a form of molestation or assault.
Many feel the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is taking things way too far. When John Tyner was about to undergo said patdown, he started fighting with the TSA screener and refused to submit to the aggressive patdown.
“If you touch my junk, I’m going to have you arrested,” John Tyner said. Lucky for us Tyner has the whole thing recorded on his cell phone and of course YouTube was there to spread it to the masses.
