Johnson and his wife were taken away in handcuffs from their home by federal agents on federal charges. We’re just not sure what those charges are as of now.
The Johnson’s were arrested just before 1 p.m. Johnson is just about to finish his term as of next month and is expected to appear in Greenbelt at U.S. District Court. th.
Leslie Johnson, Jack’s wife, was recently elected to the County Council from District 6.
It is unclear whether she is facing charges as well at this time.
