Philip Boyle (R, C, I,-Bay Shore)

Boyle, 49, is running for his second full term after winning a special election in 2006. He previously held the same seat from 1994 to 2002, but did not seek re-election that year to honor his pledge to limit his number of consecutive terms. He describes himself as one of the most fiscally conservative state lawmakers.
