D’Amato and his brother both should have been charged with criminal activity over the years.
He should just shut his mouth about Eric Scneiderman.

he didnt know the employees of the county and town were required to kick back a
percentage of their pay to the repub party while al was a local pol. or that the leader of the party in nassau was getting his own kickbacks from the insurance company.

he didnt know that the man he recommended to the parole board considering a release from prison was a devout mob member.

he didnt know that armand, his own brother, was using al’s official stationery from
the senate to solicit and get business from federal contractors for armand and his pals.

do us a favor al, shut up and fade away to your overbuilt home by the sea. even
that had to be a sleezy deal as the variance was approved by the planning board your wife sits on. oh wait, though – she “recused” herself from the vote! what a surprise, it passed anyway. nothing like a game of peek-a-boo during business hours.
