An old Friend Yes dave was always pressuring joe and trying to get joe in trouble. I never liked him at all!! I wish Joe would have been smart enough to stay away from him. His life would have been better without Dave in it. Joe loved Mandy very much and would have never done anything to hurt her and would to make a new life with her and start out new some place else.

Dave was the one who was always pressuring Joe…he had blackness in his soul! Mandy was a great girl and didnt deserve this! IF Joe did do this it was Dave and the drugs talking but Joe loved her with everything he had…Dave innocent? Digging up a body sounds very innocent to me!!! Joe had been talking for months about going to Florida…He never got the money “just waiting 2″ the settlement never went through~

I just wanna know whats happening now? Are they charged yet or still just being held? When can Mandy be at Peace??

Please let it go no one seems to care that Mandy was the victim here along with her family. They have to hear all of you each day talking loud and saying everything. Have some Compassion for ther feelings. If Dave & Joe are Innocent 12 people will make that choice on the evidence that will be presented to them. Let this family how some peace until the trial begins. Maybe you never lost anyone & that is way no cares but loss leaves a big hole in your heart along with pain and many tears. SO STOP TAKING AND PRAY FOR HER FAMILY AS THEY GO THOUGH THE HOLIDAYS WITH OUT HER.THANKS TO ALL WHO STOP TALKING.

yeaaa, he’s innocent…he was just taking a spontaneous trip to Ecuador…thats all he was doing…he was gonna come back….and he was just digging for gold when they watched him dig up her body…right? Thats all…..nothing indicative about his guilt….

All I can say is there is 3 sides to the story. Well maybe 4. There is Mandy Jo’s, Joe’s, Dave’s and the truth. The problem is we may never know the truth. God will do his judging when the time come.

Wow are you to say what these people are you dont know these people. As for me i am someone who knows these people and Joe was not a meth head. Joe tried to clean up Mandys life because she was doing all kinds of drugs and he was taking her to doctors. They also enrolled her in to school and she was supposed to start a few weeks after mandy was reported missing. The only people that know the truth are Mandy Joe Dave and Zena but its too bad dogs cant talk

These two meth-heads did something horrific to this girl who didnt deserve this no matter what demens she had. The only positive thing other then their arrest is the fact that they both have to feel the guilt and remorse every sober day of their lives. It appears Joe has a spec of a conscience which will haunt him for the rest of his miserable prison life. I put money on him offing himself. He just seems to have a weak character like that. Still waiting to find out what their motive was. I think this guy Dave will shed some more light on that. My prayers are with Mandy’s family and have been throughout this whole sad ordeal.
