So why are these children wasting their precious childhood minds on such pursuits?

These kids will have their whole lives to work and strive and compete, can we at least allow them a few years of using their minds to enjoy this part of their life?

They should be watching clouds float by, they shoudl be dreaming about th eopposite gender and having fun while there is still time to do so.

Parents really need to lighten up and let their kids be kids.
