ok, i totally agree with whoever said this was a stupid law. the only reason someone commits suicide ovr something like this is THEIR OWN brain has problems. someone with a healthy thinking system wouldnt commit suicide ovr something someone else did. being gay isnt embarrasing. now, dont get me wrong, i feel bad for this tyler guy and all, but part of it is HIS fault.
even big cyberbullying research centers say that the biggest problem in such a stupid law is it cant be enforced and its best to just educate children why its not morally correct, so shut up

Do you people have nothing better to do with your lives than to think up unenforceable make-believe laws with which to saddle the American public.

Laws which when enacted do little more than make work for police, lawyers and judges?

Isn’t it bad enough this kid killed himself without you vultures using his death to try to justify more stupid unenforceable laws and your pitiful existance.

There are already plenty of laws which have been violated in this instance. Did any of them prevent this death? Do you honestly believe some stupid “anti-bully” law would have made a damn bit of difference.

Anti-bully laws are just another step on the slippery slope to government control of thought.

Perhaps living in a facist state appeals to you, but not to me.

Enough with the cyber-bully crap already.

Why don;t you spend your energies teachingg YOUR children not to behave in such ways and teaching YOUR children how to overcome such stupid behaviors.

The two students should be charged with murder or with being accessories to murder. Such a gross invasion of privacy does not warrant a prison term of “up to five years”. I hope the book is thrown at these two malevelonts
