I Opend today..hav sumtime to fill you in..yYYYY DID THE DM DESTROYED THE STORE TAPES?? Y ELSE TO COVER UP IS MISTAKES…IT WAS ALL GONA B ON STORE CAMERA TAPES…sherry talked to me an i was concernd about her! This customer was not the only one, there was a list of customers that asked her out,and wantd to sleep with her. The insane thing is our DM JUST CHOOSE TO NOT HELP HER…EVEN OUR REGIONAL MGR FRM SEATTLE IS JUST AS IGNORANT!! THEY SUPPORT CRUEL AND INHUMAN AND A SICK UNSAFE WORK ENVIRONMENT!

yea the dmgr is so ignorant…in disbelief he has this job. He supports sexual harrassment! I work shifts with sherry n this creep would com to store jus to see n talk to her! I cant stand the guy! He. .DM gives us all the creeps…he’s a weirdo drooling at sherry! And the store mgr saw her geting hit on by dm an the guy that wantd to hav sex with her,and laughd bout it!!!!she needs to go,i cant stnd workn wit her an all these messed up supervisors. Sherry blongs here! I miss het, many customers miss her an still ask for her!!!!

i know sherry, this stuff happened, ! I frequented the store! I saw this jerk, people this guy should b locked up! Her managers shld be terminated…they encouraged this environment..they didnt help her, but, gave her anamousity, a hard time…they made her life hell! She just needed a job, and was trying to get promoted…her district mgr. Was cruel to her…mke your comments, but it happened..i saw some stuff! !!!!!

Every human being is born with qualities that are both blessing and curse.

While I agree that no person should endure such obnoxious behavior from another individual, why is her “suffering” worthy of a lawsuit?

Being sexually harrassed, is not a more important abuse than any other person endures in the workplace. It is undeserving of any special class of remedies.

If you don’t like how you are treated at work, get a different job. Do what everyone else has to do when they are made to suffer needlessly in the workplace.

How is it that lawyers have come to offer absolution to every individual who refuses to accept reality?

Honestly, passing this drivel off as news; is simply offensive.

This is a story only a lawyer could love.

Beautiful women in the workforce shouldn’t have to put up with this sort of thing, but more importantly than that their employers should be at their defense immediately, NOT giving comments like “you’re too beautiful and it’s your fault so get over it”. While it may be a difficult situation to be working under for both the men and the women, everyone needs to respect each others space and rights. No amount of discrimination is acceptable, not racial, not sexual. And the lout who is/was her district manager should be tagged with a tattoo on his forehead for permanent identification as an idiot.
