A nightclub security guard has been accused of beating and robbing a man outside the Hampton Bays nightclub where the bouncer worked, Southampton Town Police said.

Dwayne Dumpson, 30, was charged with robbery and assault for allegedly robbing the victim outside Club Dream on Canal Road shortly after 6 a.m. Monday.

The victim was taken to Southampton Hospital and was later transferred to Stony Brook University Hospital.
