		<description><![CDATA[While I agree that too much saturated fat is unhealthy, it has been disproven by many studies that it is the fat in our diets that causes high cholesterol.  Most often high cholesterol &amp; high triglycerides are caused by too many simple carbs &amp; sugars.  

A vegan/vegetarian diet is not the answer, which is riddled with deficiencies unless one tries very hard to combine certain foods (which is not attainable or realistic for many people).  A whole food/meditaranean diet with healthy fats is.  And it&#039;s more realistic.]]></description>
