Michael Lohan, father of the currently incarcerated Lindsay Lohan, was charged with harrasment Thursday for allegedly
hitting his fiancee Kate Major and threatening to kill her, according to TMZ, citing a Southampton Police report filed on Monday.
Lohan, 49, was charged with second degree harassment after Majors, 27, alleged she sustained minor swelling on her lip after he threw her off of a chair and kicked her in the face in the couple’s Water Mill home.
According to the police report, Lohan also called Majors a “c***t” and stood over her and yelled “I’m going to go back to jail cause of you, cause I will kill you.”
Lohan admits that there was an argument but denies assaulting or threatening Majors, says TMZ.
The alleged assault took place one day before Lohan’s daughter Lindsay checked into the Century Regional Detention Facility in California to begin serving her sentence for violating her probation in an alcohol-related reckless driving case in 2007.
