Bar Harbor Maine: Obama and First Family Vacation in Acadia National Park

Barack, Michelle, Sasha and Malia have packed their bags for a weekend getaway. The destination? Bar Harbor, Maine.

The First Family landed Friday at the Bar Harbor airport, where they were greeted by Governor John Baldacci and his wife, Karen.

On the itinerary for the president, his wife and children is Acadia National Park.

Word is the family is staying at the Holiday Inn’s Bar Harbor Regency Hotel, but don’t bother trying to get a glimpse of the prez—Secret Service has blocked off the surrounding area.

First Dog Bo arrived with some of the president’s staff on a separate plane.
