A missing Elmont woman’s car has been found in Brooklyn with a body in the trunk, Nassau County police said.
Sources have reportedly confirmed Wednesday that the body is that of Rose Ormejuste, the mother of Dario Ormejuste, 24, who was charged June 24 with killing his 65-year-old father, Bob Ormejuste, and 30-year-old brother, Guerby Ormejuste, a New York City corrections officer.
Police have not publicly confirmed that the victim is in fact the missing woman.
Her Lexus was discovered on Avenue J in the Flatlands section of Brooklyn Tuesday night after New York City Police were called for a foul odor coming from the vehicle.
The discovery comes two weeks after Dario was arrested for the murders of his father and brother. Police were initially called to the family’s 238th Street home after Guerby failed to report to his job on Riker’s Island.
Dario is being held without bail at Nassau County jail.
