Oh natalee I miss you dearly I know Natalie very well and yes she left behind a beautiful daughter she’s being watched by me and Kathy she’s now 3 turning 4 in January she misses u dearly but is gonna have a happy life we all miss you so much

So sad that this girl died. I drove up on this incident about 2 minutes after it happened. We were all really hopeful that she would make it being that paramedics were on the scene so quick and although unconscious she did seem stable. She was thrown pretty far by the impact. One of Natali’s friends said they were running to catch up with some other friends. I do believe they ran right in front of this guy and it was fairly dark (midnight) so I don’t believe the driver had a good chance of seeing them. He must feel horrible – imagine living with that.

Definitely can make you question God – the truth is that we live in a world where there is chaos and collisions beyond our control. We must have gratitude for each day cause its really all we have.

Very sad guys, so young.

Jake,

I agree with you on the content of this article. Two days later and not much effort put into the story. I feel for Natali and her family, however, I disagree with your comments as it pertains to the driver. Natali and her friends attempted to cross Rte 110 against the light. The light was green for the southbound traffic and the driver had the right of way. Also this happened at night. There are two tragic stories: the loss of the beautiful life just beginning to take off and the nightmares that the driver will have to face for the rest of his life. This was the epitome of a tragic accident. Both families need your prayers.

This is a horrible story and article. What the article doesnt tell you is that natali died. And that she is leaving behind a beautiful two year old. I hope that that man gets tried in the new york leagal system cause he doesnt understand the life that he took.
