Don’t be surprised if it’s a Buick—yes, a Buick—that turns your head in the near future, as the once-washed up arm of Chevrolet unveiled the Regal GS at the 2010 New York International Auto Show.

And the Regal GS packs more punch than most grandparents would know what to do with. Lying underneath the GS’ hood is a 2.0-liter Ecotec turbocharged engine churning out 255 horsepower and 295 lb.-ft of torque mated to a six-speed manual transmission. All that sends the Regal GS from still to 60 in six seconds.
Other luxury features include an adaptive all-wheel-drive system, aluminum 20-inch wheels and Buick’s own Interactive Drive Control System.
