This is so out of hand. The cops on Long Island are turning the place into a police state. And, with a very angry, frightened, and punitive populace encouraging the cops to become Nazi stormtroopers, Long Island is starting to look like Pinochet’s Chile. I mean, “public display of offensive and sexual material”? Theoretically, that could include reading Playboy magazine.

Typical Long Island. Nudity and sex is “sinful” and dangerous, but guns and primitve redneck violence are just fine.

Save us from the do good society! He was in a car on the highway in the back seat fer crissakes! The back windows of all SUV’s are partially tinted anyway. The cop needs to get a life. Law or no law, that is one of the most absurd arrests I’ve read about in a long time! This guy was a real threat to society doing what he was doing!
