Q: Any plans to make your own albums now?
KS: No!
Q: Right. But it’s pretty common, after actors do a musical kind of movie.
KS: Yeah. No! We’re not packaging this deal.
Q: How cool was it hanging out with Dakota doing this movie?
KS: She’s always been the one, there’s sort of no one else that levels up. So yeah, definitely. And I’d met her a couple of times, before we met to actually work with each other. But it was always really quick.
Q: Has being famous changed your life?
KS: I don’t know, I don’t actually know how to answer that. It’s weird that you just get anyone’s opinion about me at the click of the mouse. It’s just weird, and it’s just not something that I’m used to.
Q: Do you read that stuff?
KS: Well, I don’t sit down and go like, “Oh my god.” And I don’t have Google alerts!
Q: So what’s coming up with the third Twilight?
KS: I don’t know what the tone is going to be. I haven’t seen Eclipse. But he’s a very technical director, very, very. And he’s very thoughtful, so you’re not going to see a bunch of steady-cam.
You know, it’s very deliberate. Which is really cool, because it gives you more time to think about what you’re doing. I don’t know though, because I haven’t seen the movie.
Q: Weren’t you making a movie with your mom?
KS: It’s really on the rocks. It’s hard to get a movie made.
Q: I remember you were talking about that a while ago.
KS: Yeah, I know. I probably should’ve held on to that!
Q: Do you know what you’re doing next?
KS: No. I have a clear horizon. Which I haven’t had in years.
Q: What’s your relationship now with Dakota, do you see her like kind of a younger sister?
KS: No. I see her as an older sister!
