It would take an entire movement for Apple to truly explore detaching from AT&T, and legally I just don’t think it’s gonna happen.
I’m a Mac guy, and what can I say, a glutton for cellular punishment.

Unfortunately, my iphone has grown into a permanent part of my hand, so I can no longer destroy it. Coverage is THE WORST, I merely begin every conversation with “I may lose you I am driving through BLANK
I can only hope that one day there would be other options for a carrier.
AT&T is horrid.
