A church was burglarized in Roosevelt between Saturday night and Sunday morning, Nassau police said.
The pastor of the Church of God of Prophecy on Mansfield Avenue discovered assorted electronic music equipment had been stolen from the altar when he arrived to open for Sunday church services, police said.
Missing was an audio mixer, amplifier, Yamaha keyboard, piano and monitor screen. The value of the equipment is more than $11,000.
Police said the items went missing between 7:15 p.m. Saturday and 9:30 a.m. Sunday.
