Maybe the Police officers in the 2nd Precinct can stop thinking they work in Country Club and do something. I rarely see them around. Most work they do is give traffic tickets and they don’t even do enough of that. Plainview has a heroin problem in the schools, bank robberies, home break ins, perverts trying to abduct kids, cars sppeding down residential roads. Do we even feel a Police presence, nope. For the last 4 years, I’ve seen and heard things get worse. Not once have I even seen an increased Police patrol. Or maybe the money is better in Syosett, Lattingtown, Oyster Bay and Woodbury, they have deeper pockets.
