I try not to read stuff like this and get fired up, But, Some of your statements are crazy. First of all Granderson is far from being a platoon player. In case you havents been watchin kevin Long can do wonders for young hitter. A La Robinson Cano. Second as soon as Curtis gets in the NY powerhouse of a linup he will hit 280 on accident. He does stike out a little much but like I said before thats nothing Long cant fix. As far as melky and Gardner go Melky is a starter on 75 percent of the major league teams, at least. Gardner on the other hand Is a BUM. Never liked his wet newspaper bat, and hesitation on the basepaths. Hopefully we can make a deal with KC or Chi Sox to dump him. As far as Damon goes I would love to have him back for 2 year 20 mil anything more is unrealistic. I think mark derosa would be a great fit on the field and in the clubhouse. I ove matsui's bat but hes to limeted and clogs up the bases worse that giambino. But if he would stay for a year you have to let him he will pay for himself with all the japanese fans.
