Just seeing why on the TV they say the girl names is Kristin? I am getting worried being this is a girl that was a great person to everyone a flirtatious but always a great singer at karaoke at the brick house. Does anyone one if in face this was Kristin or Christin aka Special K?

Becky was one of the most beautiful and loving people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and calling my friend. She was one of those people who you couldn’t help but like, someone who’s beauty and smile lit up any room. Not only was Becky physically beautiful, she had a rare inner beauty that is so rare to find. Cocky, conceited, selfish, mean, negative…none of those words could ever be used to describe Becky. She had an innocence about her that was refreshing and absolutely hysterical. Becky could throw a roomful of people in stitches over something she said with total sincerity and with all seriousness! Lol we sit around daily sharing stories of Becky, through this surreal nightmare we find solace in doing this. The animal who did this is not worthy of being spoken about, not when there is so much good to be said about this beautiful women, my friend. Justice will be sought and won and though the pain and loss will always be felt, Rebecca Kosters memory and spirit will forever be kept alive by those who know and love her. In the words of Becky “Live for Today” ..your a beautiful butterfly now babygirl! Spread ur wings! We love u we miss now and forever!!!

Donald, get out of your zip code once in awhile and see what goes on, or atleast look at a map. There is more than one ferry to CT–you don’t have to take the PJ ferry to get to CT. The Cross Sound ferry goes from Orient Point into New London, which is about 15 minutes tops from N. Stonington. And I did not know there was a mandate against people with cell phones in their name buying a throwaway phone.

If the girl got into it with her boyfriend, then why would she leave with him? or better yet, why would he take her out of there?? To kill her?? Come on people!!! If she was killed and dumped in Connecticut, it had to have been by someone who lives close to the Port Jeff ferry. Her boyfriend was a white boy with a cell phone in his name, so the killer was not him. The killer has to have been someone with a throw away cell phone. Hmmm.. maybe she was involved with a creepy pimp or a sex predator an unluckily for her he couldnt have his way so he killed her!!! Usually for you to stab someone to death, you have to be an uncaring person. Uncaring in the matter that you can look at someone you dont know, an innocent young pretty woman, and stick a knife into her multiple times until she is DEAD!! My guess would be that this guy has done this more then once. Sounds like a serial killer has been surfaced. Time for the Suffolk Police to put a few more of our finest onto overtime pay roll and catch this dirt bag piece of shit.

Her boyfriend…the police needs to look more closely at him. It looks like it was all a set up from her boyfriend. Scary. He said that he dropped her off at home at 3:30 AM and her parents says she did not come home. That means the boyfriend is lying…right?????????????????????????. Why aren’t the police looking more closely at this guy??????? Her parents shouldn’t believe him. I don’t care how much he cries or try to convince them that he has nothing to do with her murder. This is BS. They have to look more closely at him. He’s lying and everyone’s believing him. Freaky stuff. I don’t trust anyone….muchless a boyfriend or girlfriend.

Consider these facts: Dan, her boyfriend, was the last one to have seen her at the bar. Surveillance footage showed her seemingly upset and in a rush to go home, standing alone at the bar-perhaps she had an argument with her boyfriend? Her boyfriend admitted to dropping her off home, but according to her parents said she never came home. I can’t remember a time in my youth when my parents never knew what time I came home, and as a parent now myself, I am very vigilant about who comes in and out of my house.

I don’t understand how the police are quick to dismiss her boyfriend as a suspect. My intuition tells me the killer used her phone to implicate her boyfriend so that police would automatically think he’s innocent.

Why would anyone want to do this to this beautiful young lady. There are too many of these killings lately. It makes you wonder who made these monsters? This family will never be the same. I know as I lost my brother to a homicide and he was only 14. The pain never goes away and something needs to be done about all this crime. My prayers are with this family. May her killer be brought to justice.

I am so sorry that any family has to go through this. There are so many bad people in this world. I wish they would take out each other instead of wonderful people like Rebecca. I didn’t know her, but read all the comments. They are a true testament to what a great person she was. Nothing can take away the pain this family is going through. Please know Larry, your family is in my prayers. I have missed you and the “kids” over the years. I pray that you can stay strong and help your wife stay strong so you guys can get the justice that Rebecca deserves.

Rebeccas mom is the most NICEST sweetest Individual I have met as I know her from working at the same place as her..All of our prayers from the dietary department, you always called us :angels:” well YOU AND YOUR BEAUTIFUL daughter ARE THE ANGELS! In my shock I have tried to make some sense of this horriffic tragedy!
I can only believe that God needed her more; an Angel In Heaven!

Suspects Sought In Abduction Of Manorville Teen

Suffolk police are investigating the Sept. 21 abduction and sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl in Manorville.

Police say at approximately 4:20 p.m., the victim was walking on Chapman Boulevard when a red pickup truck stopped next to her. A man in the backseat grabbed her and forced her into the vehicle, made sexual advances and requested sexual acts, then pushed her out of the truck by Sunrise Highway and Eastport Manor Road.

The driver is described as a white male, in his late 20s to early 30s, with dark hair and wearing a long sleeve black shirt. The man in the backseat is described as a white male, in his late to early 30s with short dark hair and a slim build. The pickup is described as bright red with running boards, possibly a four door or extended cab pickup truck.

Could this case be connected to Rebecca Koster?

First of all, I want to send my condolences out to Rebecca’s Family. Anytime is a horrible time to lose a family member, but at the holiday time and in the manner by which Rebecca was taken from this world, it must be so much harder.

I did not know Rebecca, however, I do feel a connection to her because I am a resident of Jeremy Hill Rd in CT, where this poor girl’s body was found burning. She has been on my mind ever since we found out about the whole situation.

Rebecca seemed to be a very nice, hard working young lady. Maybe some of her friends could think of any guys that were bothering her or watching her at the bar that night, or do any of her friends know if she had any rotten, controlling boyfriends, past or present. Or threats from other girls perhaps. I want justice to be served!!!

As a final note, this message is sent with love from the Jeremy Hill community to the Medford community, forever tied by an act of brutal, senseless tragedy.

beck was the best poet …..she once wrote a poem about me i haven’t read it to this day ……she let me read sum of it …she loved to write she was amazing….she always fed me when i went over her house she and her mother treated me as if i was family. i will never forget her baby pictures she was the cutest baby ive ever seen …..and she was so shy about me seeing the pictures it was cute! she was very innocent and loved her mom so much she told me that her self she said i love my mom she comes before any guy …..and i feel the same way about my mom…larry was so kind and she said he is really cool and she told me that he was taken care of her and her mom. she loved her little brother more then words can say….she was proud of him she told me so. she never quite on herself as hard as things got with her back injury and she kept going she is an inspiration and even when laying down doing absolutely nothing on the couch watching the most boring shows i still had a great time because she was there! when i first met becky at her favorite spot Kelly’s i had been new to that place and i wasn’t expecting to meet anyone that would make me as happy as she did but when i saw her. the first thing i noticed was how much she looked like christina ricci ….(my nickname 4 her) and the secound thing i noticed was her amazing mother standing behind her ….she was her best friend and she couldnt tell me enough about becky…. believe it or not most of the night i hung out with her mom …..she was awsome… i remember being amazed that a girl like becky existed and to make it even better i got along with her mom who was always by becky’s side. i think in the baby picture she was on a carousel. o and to tell u more about becky she loved her car. ill never forget when me her and aron went to Bianco’s she was so not into the music but she loved the drinks i bought her i believe i bought her like 12 “redheadedsluts” thats a drink then we all had an awsome time ……she wasnt much for clubs thou she’d prefer kelly’s lol o and i cant forget her cat …..she loved her kitty. o and i remember when she came over my house and it was me her and a whole bunch of people having a party at my house and then we all moved into my brothers room to watch next friday that was a blast until my brother came home and found everyone in his room lol whenever i was with u i watched u like a hawk and u always thought i was over reacting …..u where worth more then words can say and i saw that and everyone saw that but u where humble. o and my mother loved meeting you she was so impressed by your manners.when my mom was telling you about me as a baby i was so nervous….. u thought that was funny but i was always trying to impress u and i couldn’t believe u where real. I was very happy the day we all went to your aunts house and you made me your special macaroni salad i had to decline but i told her how sweet it was that she went threw the trouble then i forced myself to eat Macaroni salad when i don’t like mayo to much but i ate sum to taste it so she would be happy. i played volleyball with your little brother and you introduced me to everyone. i will hold on to you threw memory and in my heart 4 ever u live becky. i will miss your morning wake up texts and good night texts :”) xoxx
