Nassau police arrested a Levittown woman Friday and continue to search for her alleged accomplice in three armed robberies five months ago.
Eighth Squad detectives said Nicole Feist, 25, of Levittown, was the getaway driver for a man who has yet to be arrested for the July robberies. She was already being held at Nassau County jail on drug charges when she was additionally charged with four counts of robbery. In one of the cases there were two victims, police said.
In the first case, a man robbed the Subway on Emerson Avenue at gunpoint on July 11. Then on July 13, the robber struck again, this time twice in one day, at a Subway on Hempstead Turnpike and Lifestyle Sports on Wantagh Avenue in Wantagh.
The suspect with the handgun is described as a white man, 5-foot-6-inches with brown hair and goatee. He was wearing a black hat with black doo-rag underneath, green sweater and black pantsAdditional arrests are being sought in connection with the above robberies.
